1st Annual ASARA State Conference
The Arkansas Search and Rescue Association is proud to announce that we will be hosting our 1st Annual Arkansas Search and Rescue Association State Conference June 22-23, 2019. We will have Pre-conference events on June 20-21. The conference will be hosted at Arkansas Tech Univerity in Russellville, AR. Conference Cost and Information
Pre-Conference classes (June 20-21): $25/day
SARTopo class will be Thursday, June 20 ($25 + lodging & meals)
Virtual Search Planning will be Friday, June 21 ($25 + lodging & meals)
NASAR Wilderness First Aid will be both Thursday and Friday (2 days @ $25/day + $30 NASAR Fee = $80 + lodging & meals)
Conference (June 22-23): $25
Includes both Saturday and Sunday.
Lodging and Meals
On-campus lodging is available in Nutt Hall June 19-22: $22 per Night

Attendees will need to provide their own linens.
No alcohol, tobacco, weapons, or pets are allowed.
You may also secure your own lodging off-campus if you prefer.

Includes Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner for Thurs June 20 through Sat June 22 and Breakfast and Lunch on Sun June 23
You can choose to get a Meal Ticket or eat around town on your own.
You may choose to pay cash at the door for individual meals at Chambers Cafeteria.
Please Note: The Saturday Night Presentations will be in the Chambers Cafeteria West Dining Room during dinner.
Total Cost for both Pre-Conference days, Conference, Lodging Wednesday Night thru Saturday Night, and Meal Plan Thursday-Sunday is $250. This does not count any additional NASAR fees for the WFA class or SARTech evaluations or any cost associated with ASARA T-shirt purchases.
Registration Deadline is Monday May 13.
Late Registrations will be available after that date with an additional $10 late registration fee and no guarantee of room availability.
